Off to the NEC tomorrow to meet none other than General Orlov himself Stephen Berkoff. Have met him before for an autograph but he is also doing a photoshoot tomorrow as its the only day he is attending. Will pop it on tomorrow barring no hiccups?!!

Half day for me today, then a Bond exhibition followed by a LTK screening!

Then a nice quiet weekend to recover from all the excitement.

I will definitely be watching LTK on Sunday, as it's my Birthday!

Having a final ground floor extension starting soon to replace the pointless conservatory. So I am clearing this up as it has become a dumping ground, also some tidying up in the garden. The final big project after 6 years making the house our home.

Yes please. There are only two places outside the UK I can picture myself living, and they are SF and Berlin.

Sure! You may even see two Gemmas, depending how pissed you get.

I bet Berlin has cheaper rent though! What makes things worse is that I live at Baker Beach in the Presidio, an area that is actually federal land, which means no city rent control rules apply.

    And you are renting?

    And you are renting?

Yes. The Presidio is one of the few National Parks you can actually rent an apartment in. The buildings are old army housing.

Just stinking, according to my roommates. I can't afford a one bedroom apartment in San Francisco (average rent is $3,600 a month) and definitely can't afford to buy a house there (median home value is $1,357,500). Soon the only people living in San Francisco will be the rich and the homeless.
