I was just trying not to be ethnocentric...
Short week for most if not all Europe, I guess :D I plan on going out and enjoying the nice weather and buying some things I need for a few trips I have to do in the next few weeks.
Now get a bloody job! ;-)
Yeah, unfortunately I'll likely be working all summer at my town's stupid glass plant. I'm thinking of faking my death and heading for the hills till the fall. Thoughts? Our town doesn't have a lot of tall buildings with obscured views of the pavement so I can't do it Sherlock style and I don't know any homeless people either. Drat!
Already ahead of you. Just got a trim a few weeks back. ;)
The weekend's here, and a few friends and I are going out to this huge rock overhang that looks over the city tomorrow. I've attended this college for three and a half years and I've never gone, so I figured I'd give it a visit before I'm out of this place for good next week, though I may return in the future. Sunday, I have a dinner and banquet to attend for the other RA's and I, and mixed in with those plans will be lots of studying for the finals. I'm just looking forward to being out of here in a week so I can do nothing for a week or so but catch up on all of my movies.
Don't worry about it. Thanks for offering, though. However, if you've got any suggestions for faking a death, I'm all ears.
I'm with you there, I would love to take the summer and do nothing, but if I don't plan on returning to college next semester for my second degree, I'll have to find a job sooner or later.
Same. I'll be 23 in less than two weeks, and I've been realizing for so many years now how absolutely right the adults were in my life when I was a young boy: enjoy yourself, because those are some of the best, easiest years you'll ever have, and they fly by fast.

Next week, I'm going to see the "Art of Alex Ross" exhibit at the Mona Bismark center.
