I don't have the time to do all films. But I could check out at least a few (for example all with Craig) if you give me a week...
I would like to count the total time in/on the vehicle and how much of the time we have Bond at the wheel.
I measured the time for QOS as a "first try". That was tougher than I thought.
I decided to stop the time always when Bond or his car can't be seen. For example: Bond is driving and calls M/Tanner. While they are talking, he isn't seen for a while (we see M's office) and I didn't count these intercuts.
I even tried to stop the watch when Bond and his car aren't seen during the PTS chase…
Here are the results for QOS as an example (I won't post the others seperately):
Bond in car in total: 8min26sec
Therefrom Bond is the driver: 5min53sec
Main driver (while Bond is in the car): Camille
Number of different cars/vehicles: 12 (5 are driven by Bond)
I included the 2 busses (he jumps on one in Siena and he enters another one in the desert). It would be great to list all car brands/types but this is too difficult for me. (But I found out that he is seen in 2 different Range Rovers and 2 Ford models. Camille's Ford even has a Greene Planet logo in the inside and on the outside, didn't realise this so far!)
I didn't differ between driving car and parked car.
@Max_The_Parrot : I would count the scenes in TND where Bond isn't in the BMW but is using the remote control. I would add this to the "Bond is driving-time" but not to the total time of Bond in/on the car...or is this confusing??

I plan to present our results this evening: The time we see Bond in/on cars/trucks. We counted the total time and the time where Bond was the driver. We also counted the amount of cars in/on which we see Bond.
Any suggestions which movie could be the winner/"loser"?
• We didn’t measure the total time from start to finish of a car scene! We tried to stop the clock every time when the car of Bond wasn’t on screen. This means: We accepted a shot where we see Dr. Metz, because Bond was hiding in the back; we counted all moments where we see the car but not Bond inside; We didn’t count a shot of Jaws shooting at Bond when the Lotus wasn’t visible at all;
• We also accepted busses and trucks but not the Tuk Tuk from OP as this vehicle has less than 4 wheels.
• We also accepted the moments where Bond isn’t in but on/at a car.
