Bond vs Zorin

Spot on my friend,spot on !!
One is when Rosika has the security guard's head buried in her breasts and the other is Bond's scene with MP.
The Kara romance is a bit soppy sometimes but not excruciatingly so to me.
- I think Charles Gray is actually quite amusing
- same goes for Wint & Kidd
- great title song and soundtrack
- elevator struggle is quite good
For Your Eyes Only:
- without any doubt Topol
- a crossbow is a very stylish weapon for a Bond girl
- I like the scene with the Identigraph
- Roger Moore gives a fine performance (though not really helped by his attire sometimes)
Die Another Day:
- the sword fight
- Aston vs. Jag
- the Ice Palace feels very Ken Adam-esque
- good performances by Pierce Brosnan, Rosamund Pike and Emilio Echevarria (though Pierce isn't done any favours by the dialogue)
My least favorite is Skyfall.
Some of the scenes I enjoy the most are:
- Bond's downtime in Turkey. He's got a girl and booze, but he's earning money in the most reckless way and lacks a purpose, a direction. Ties into the whole idea of the film of Bond being primarily attached to his job.
- Bond taking the word association test. I love Bond's slightly embarrassed facial expression as he answers the questions.
- The skyscraper scene, which in an odd way, almost looks and feels like it's set on another planet, with the jellyfish and changing colors. It may well be the most "different" scene in a Bond film.
- Bond and Sévérine talking in the casino. Marlohe is downright brilliant in how she portrays that concealed fear. Also, Bond raising a toast to the bad guys!
- Silva and Bond playing William Tell. Probably my favorite scene in the film. I love how the game is revealed, with the gun being brought to Bond and the henchman pointing another gun at Bond's head. I also like how Bond tries to mask his sadness at Sévérine's death with that line about scotch. The cheerful music provides great contrast to the sinister events taking place, and the set is impressive.
- The subway chase. Always wanted to see Bond in the tube. Also, "why don't you put your back into it?!"
Other general things I like about the film:
- I enjoy the whole idea of Bond disappearing, then coming back and having to slowly get back into shape; it adds dramatic weight to the mission itself.
- Javier Bardem is suitably creepy as the villain. The idea of his having blonde hair is a terrific touch.
- As I said before, Bérénice Marlohe is superb.
- Albert Finney takes a (purposefully) thin role and fills it with gravitas.
- The whole theme of "orphans making the best recruits" is an interesting one.
That's all I can think of. There, that almost makes me want to revisit Skyfall one of these days.
-The Q sendoff which was quite touching.
-Bond deciding to let the explosive detonate in the pipe to fool Elektra and Co.
-Zukovsky returning the favour and saving Bond's rear by shooting the chair restraints
-Bond's BMW (that particular Z8 model is a true collectible and worth a fortune now)
That's about all I can think of at the moment.
The PTS, the Q scene, and Molly Warmflash in TWINE
I do enjoy a good chunk of this film for the most part.
The PTS, Titles even Madonna's song, Bond's conversation with General Moon, The confrontation with M on the British ship, Bond being able to get everything he needs without having anything at all, The entirety of the Cuba scenes, Gustav Graves showboating introduction, The sword fight, The MI6 tunnel headquarters, The Iceland setting, The Ice Palace, The Aston Martin/Jaguar battle on the icelake and the aftermath of that, The scenes with Graves and General Moon, Graves's death and David Arnold's excellent score.
Maybe a new viewing of it will help but sadly the bad has outweighed the good in recent viewings. I don't hate this movie by any means, I just hate it's glaring flaws that bring down my enjoyment of it.
From my first viewing of SF to my current, my opinion hasnt changed that the 'William Tell' sequence you mention is the absolute highlight of the film. Its where i really felt i was watching a Bond movie. Love the way Bond feigns indifference to Severines killing and then turns the tables on his captors. Only downside is the cgi copters!
Diamonds are Forever - enjoy the Vegas scenes and car chase
Moonraker - love the Rio De Janeiro/cable car scenes and the fight in the Venice glass museum
The World is Not Enough - opening pre-title sequence one of the best with the boat chase on the Thames
The whole opening in Bilbao is terrific. Also love the drive through the oil fields, and most scenes with Maria Gracia Cuccinotta, Denise Richards and Robert Carlyle. Main titles and title song are also superb.

- It's another Sean Connery Bond film.
- Any scene with Barbara Carrera' Fatima Blush.
- Rowan Atkinson as Nigel Small-Fawcett and Bernie Casey as Felix Leiter. Always liked those two. I also love that Valerie Leon get's another Bond film appearance.
Die Another Day
- Bond entering the hotel all wet and unshaven. That scene always makes me laugh. Also love the scene afterwards with the massage girl.
- Toby Stephens as Gustav Graves. He played that part brilliantly.
- The sword fight. A scene I can just watch on its own.
CR67
- The Look Of Love. One of the best songs to ever feature in a Bond film – official and unofficial.
- The cast is brilliant. One of the better (on paper) of any Bond film.
SF
- Bérénice Marlohe. She was the best thing about that film, and my interest in SF dropped considerably after her last scene.
- Any scene with Ben Whishaw's Q.
SP
- Any scene with Ben Whishaw's Q, and that scene with Jesper Christensen's Mr. White.

I concur. I'll add the Spectre train fight, except the Madeleine bits
The train fight is alright, but I never bought that sequence as a whole – ending with that painfully awkward love scene.
Yep, that's why I had to add the 'except the Madeleine bits' ;-). I love the use of the environment and how Hinx completely outmatches Bond yet he manages to put up a good fight.
Indeed, and Dave Bautista plays his part every bit as menacing as you'd expect. I feel his character - Mr. Hinx, is underused, as I could imagine a fight between him and Bond in the London finale, just to make the search for Madeleine in the MI6 building more dangerous, more thrilling and interesting to watch. Instead we get a whole sequence that feels like an afterthought…
Imagine Hinx appearing out of nowhere in the MI6 Building with a metal neck brace. I would have lost my shit. He and Bond could have had a cat and mouse like chase through the building instead of the BS we got with the images from his past.
And the scene could have ended with the building collapsing on him. That would have been epic, and would have made the 3rd act watchable.
That's just the way I'd like to see that scene play out, right down to the building collapsing on him. It would have been really neat having the weight of an abandoned building being the only way to stop him – the MI6 building no less!
LTK- Ishtmus City, particularly when Bond first meets Sanchez
Agree very much about The Look Of Love! It is to be the rare Bond song (along with NDIB) that seems to have completely transcended its film.
For CR67's part, I guess more people know of The Look Of Love than the film. As for NDIB, I wouldn't know if that's the case, but it's a well-known song for sure. I guess there are a lot of people that doesn't know NDIB is a Bond song.
Having said that, I’ll add my two cents to this discussion:
DAD. The first hour or so of this movie is fine. After that, however, I’m upchucking my popcorn! Highlights include:
1.The hotel scene is very funny (without resorting to slapstick), and perfectly sums up 007’s persona and his reputation.
2. Halle Berry’s “tribute” to Ursula Andress. Toby Stephens is fine as a villain (although the plot is silly).
CR’67. I actually have a soft spot for this movie since it was part of my childhood (i.e., on TV a lot!). Several months ago, one of the NYC cable stations had a double feature of this and “What’s New Pussycast” (1965) - both are Charles K. Feldman productions - and in that context, CR’67 sort of works. But you have to be in a certain mood IMO. Good points:
1. Joanna Pettet, Barbara Bouchet and Jacqueline Bisset. Ms. Pettet would have made a very good “real” Bond Girl IMO. I actually had a crush on her back in the day.
2. Fully agree with everyone about Dusty Springfield’s “The Look of Love”, but the entire score by Burt Bacharach is excellent (given the over the top vibe of the movie). It’s one of my most played Bond scores, along with GF, YOLT, OHMSS, DAF, and TLD.
3. And did I mention that Joanna Pettet is lovely….
