I never understood how the water came out so hot so fast. My shower doesn't do that.

This guy has a nasty fate awaiting him. I would have skipped town had I been in his shoes.

I love the romance of the dance scene set against the subtle tension of Largo's henchmen standing all around the place staring at them.

Bond probably paid extra for first class water.

Isn't there a DVD edition that omitted the blood here? Lowery didn't know Quist was supposed to die in that scene and got rid of the blood.

That slap had some snappy kick to it. Love the old sound effects.

It's really a great scene in the film. I love that whole section too.

The UE did. Probably some software did it automatically and nobody bothered to check.
Happily watching the SE DVD here though!

I know Q was established in the previous couple films, but I think TB is the first one to nail the chemistry between Bond and Q and make it really humorous.

I think the SE DVD was the far better version of this film. I should look for a copy. The Blu-ray doesn't exactly impress me the way the others do.

What a friggin' great moment, Quist's death. The actor is pretty great. Largo kissing the ring. The shot from underwater. The eerie piccolos in the score.

I love this little underwater fight. Great music. Find my self humming along with it.

He's a snivelling wimp but his end is particularly unnerving because of the score and the red.

Anyone count how many times the Minister tells them that they'll just have to pay up?

Doesn’t it end up at 3?

    At least twice.

Yes, once again Barry nails the moment. The sharp changes in the score approximate the sensation of the bombs going off.

I like the shot of him noticing the ring.

    How far do you go?

    Class.

Another example of a Bond babe in a Stang. It's a staple.

I must admit it is kind of fun to speed on empty country roads.

Amazing stuff indeed. It soars like the helicopter. So many great cues in this film.

Just realized Adolfo Celi was the same age here Tim was in LTK. He looks like he could pass for at least 50.

"Well, I'm not what you'd call a passionate man", as he eyes Domino.

I do miss this sort of thing. Truly.

    Vargas looks like John Lithgow.

I love the dialogue that implies he is a sick bastard. "What do you do, Vargas?"

Bond effed up and dropped his Walther.
