I like the fact Bond refuses Holly's help.

Roger Mootre really is enjoying himself in this film, to be honest he more often than not looked incredibly positive in his TV and movie roles.

Great chemistry between bond and Corrine.

The hunt scene this film really does look expensive, great cinematography again.

During the pheasant shoot Drax's biggest mistake was handing Bond a loaded gun.

    The great DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER.
I should be going with LALD for it's 50th, but the Behind the Scenes thread made me in the mood for this.
Went for the DVD version I received for Christmas a couple yeas ago.
Comepletely different color timing to the blu-ray.

    Great PTS.

The mud looks green in this DVD copy. Reminds me of the color timing on the old 1988 Connery Classics VHS version.

It's been well over a month since I last watched a Bond. Been giving 007 some time off.
These titles are among my favorites. Superb title sequence.

I really that there are several actors from the Golden Age of Hollywood in this Bond film.
Several noir actors, actually: Marc Lawrence, Larry Blake, Bruce Cabot.

    Great lift sequence.

I quite like the oil rig climax.

Charles Gray used to be my least favorite Blofeld, but these days I appreciate his version more.
He does have a good rapport with Connery.

Come on Bond, Get the hell off that rig!

    Love that line.

Kiss was so jealous and possessive in his relationship that he ended up breaking Wint.

I didn't even notice my typo, and now I've had I Wanna Rock n Roll All Night in my head all day.

    More Connery in
    GOLDFINGER.

Suddenly had a hankering for this one. Watching a DVD version I got for Christmas a couple years ago.

    The Q scene. So classic.
I'm jealous. Bond is getting a new car whereas I had to junk mine a couple weeks ago. I'm walking everywhere now.

Love Connery's facial expressions in this scene.

    Stoke Poges.
    Always loved the golf sequence.
Bond jinxes Auric and he effes up his shot.

Changed my mind and put in the blu-ray (which I have 2 copies courtesy of my late, great better half).

This Bond always hits the spot for me.

I love the sneaky Bond scenes in this one. 007 dressed in black sneaking arounf Auric Enterprises.
    Great stuff here.
