I watched Thor Ragnarok with my brother tonight, it was one of my better watches I enjoyed it. Though my brother said Die Another Day is better than this.

Which Marvel movies if any :)) are better than DAD?

My second viewing of Endgame has elevated the film in my estimation. Great stuff and it seemed to go quicker second time around. My wife loved it on her first viewing.
I've heard this from other people as well that it gets better with multiple viewings. I thought it was great the first time so I don't know how it can get better now that I know how it plays out.

Simple: you know the plot, now you'll be looking for the little details.

I re-watched Infinity War today for that very reason. To see the little things that link the two films together. I enjoyed the movie better the second time.

Would seeing it in IMAX make that much of a difference? I saw it first time in regular 3D. Curious if I should splurge on the second viewing. LOL

All of them. And I should know, I don't like them. Still, I hate DUD more. Much more.

DAD is in my bottom 3 though I rate it higher than Captain Marvel that's a terrible movie, I would also rate DAD higher than Ant Man and a few others.

DAD is at least better than GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY and BLACK PANTHER.

It's certainly got more rewatchability than those two films, I have only seen Black Panther once and some of the CGI was no better than DAD

Yes, but to be fair, GUARDIANS was fun as hell. DUD was just embarrassing. The only good thing in it was the Cuba-Cadiz scenes. Nothing else, IMO. Yes, I said nothing. Not even Pierce's performance, not IMO anyways. Bond surfing and parasurfing, invisible cars, awful acting all around, cringeworthy cgi, a bloody cgi bullitt in the gun barrel, Madonna singing the song. Damn, it was just embarrassing - but like I said, IMO.

Well, I'm not gonna defend any superhero film, trust me on this, I'm sick of them. Loved the first Iron Man. Liked the first Cap film. And that was about it. Granted, there's some fun characters in them, and seeing all together was the equivalent for this generation than the The Dirty Dozen or The Magnificent Seven, or even the Oceans films were for mine. It's the new thing, like Spielberg said, but it will wear off. Something new will take its place in the modern cinematic mythology lane. Nonetheless, I did see them all. Every single one of them.

Guardians 1 is overrated, I preferred the second film though that film has alot of flaws, though Kurt is great.

Alot of spoilers in this trailer, though Tom Holland is kind enough to warn the viewer. I was not happy about major plot points being revealed that had nothing to do with Endgame.

Yep although I have seen Endgame a lot of people may well have had the film spoiled? Hopefully not though! Film looks great though!

Really enjoyed Endgame, and have seen it twice so far. Might catch it again in a month.

Yes I want to see it again for sure. There is just too much to take in on one viewing. I think this film will be one that I can re-watch many times over the course of time. It also makes Infinity War a better film.

One thing I found funny in Endgame:
Iron Man calling Thor "Lebowski", especially since Jeff Bridges is in the first IM movie.

Second reference to that after Agents of SHIELD.

    Love this! Very creative.

On a somewhat related note, I saw EndGame again and loved it even better then the first time. I picked up on lots of things I had missed. Also on the second viewing Tom Holland came on and stated that the new Spider-Man trailer would be showing after the movie.

One week ago I had never seen an MCU film. Tell a lie - I had seen two thirds of Ant Man on TV.

Having been a big fan of Marvel comics as a kid I decided the time was right to get stuck in. But I can’t watch the odd one, I have to see them all. So, one week later I have watched Iron Man 1,2 and 3, Captain America:First Avenger, The Hulk, Thor, The Avengers & Guardians Of The Galaxy 1. I also have Winter Soldier, Thor Dark World & GOTG 2 all lined up. Having a blast .

Finally got to see Endgame yesterday with the family. Really enjoyed it, a good closure for the Avengers team with some laughs and tears along the way.
For a three hour movie it didn't really feel that long. I thought it moved well tonally and story wise. A lot of fun, and I hope it dethrones Avatar (
the most over rated pile of rubbish
) at the top of the all time box office.

Speaking seriously about it ;), I really hate most of Cameron's films. I think they're all over rated. Aliens, IMO, is an over appreciated piece of crap that started a franchise that should've been left alone with its first outing. Terminator shterminator, bah, people talk about it as if it was The Godfather part II. And again, all second outings. Avatar is really the worst. A theft, lifted from Dances with Wolves. A 3d pastiche. Embarrassing, to say the least. Oh well, wrong thread, I know.

Enjoyed Endgame, but can't help but think this series of films owed a lot to RDJ. And this one came to prove it even more.
