9-8 in favor of Dr. No. Both films easily in my top 6 or so in the series.

Indeed. I don't do the rankings, but I'm genuinely surprised to see so many members giving CR a win in this category.
Title Credits: CR (the card theme works very well. Coming off the end of a great PTS and combined with the title track it looks great.)
Main Villain: DN (very close, but Julius' menace wins it over Le chiffre's desperation)
Main Bond Girl: CR (vesper is perhaps my favourite Bond girl. Green makes a hell of an impression and effect on the story and Bond himself.)
Henchman: DN (Professor Dent's slimey deception wins it)
Overall Plot: CR
Dialogue: DN (could be a tie. Love both film's dialogue.)
Score: CR (Arnold's finest work)
Settings: DN (how I love fleming's Jamaica presented to us while he's still alive)
Action: CR (the parkour chase, Miami airport sequence, stairwell fight and finale are highlights of the series)
Humour: DN (close but like the sly, dead pan humour in DN.)
Cinematography: CR (both are great look at.)
Benign Bizarre: DN
Suspense: CR
Minor Characters: CR
Glamour: DN
Bond Performance: DN (two of my favourite bond performances ever - but I actually think Connery has to win this every time for his intro scene alone. It's the ultimate 007 moment.)
Dr. No - 8
Casino Royale - 9
Casino Royale is #2, DN #6 so this feels right. I love both these films and have nothing high praise for both of them.

Title Track: DN
Title Credits: DN (I have a weird affection for Quantum's title track and credits, but they can't compete here.)
Main Villain: DN
Main Bond Girl: DN
Henchmen: DN (Elvis will have his revenge...eventually.)
Overall Plot: DN (too bad for everybody's favorite oil-stealing scheme that's actually a water-stealing scheme)
Dialogue: DN (The unfinished script suffers mightily here.)
Score: QoS
Settings: QoS (As dumb as the title cards are, the movie has some great spots.)
Action: QoS (There is certainly a lot of it.)
Humour: DN
Cinematography: DN (The Tosca scene is great, but it can't overcome the pretentious nonsense and the accursed shaky cam. I still can't really follow the opening car chase.)
Benign Bizarre: DN
Suspense: DN
Minor Characters: DN (I considered going QoS on this one; it could use a helping hand.)

And DN did indeed bounce back big, winning 14-3. Let's see if QoS can do any better with you, and I hope you all have a merry Christmas and a happy new year!

QOS - 10

Title Credits: DN (I have a nostalgia for DN's dancing dots. QOS's are a bit like a cut scene from a video game)
Main Villain: DN (Julius is top flight villain.)
Main Bond Girl: QOS (camille has more agency and wins for her intro scene with Bond which I love and her assault on the villains in the finale.)
Henchmen: DN (elvis is near the bottom of the henchman rankings.)
Overall Plot: DN (Really enjoy the way it unfolds from mysterious disappearance to underground lair. Bond does some nice detective work in this one too.)
Dialogue: DN (DN could win this for the Bond meeting Dr No scene alone)
Score: QOS (some of Arnold's finest work)
Settings: DN (gimme Fleming's Jamaica while he was still alive. I feel we really get to experience Jamaica. those shots of Quarrel walking to pussfellas along the dock with the paint can or the three blind mice wandering the streets. They add to the colour and give the film time to breathe and let us soak up the tropical atmosphere. Not to mention the beauty and danger of Crab Key,)
Action: QOS (great action in QOS - the opening car chase, the foot chase and rope hanging fight, the motorcycle/boat chase and finale. I also enjoyed the plane dogfight a lot on the last viewing)
Humour: DN (love the dry humour of DN)
Cinematography: QOS (I don't mind the shaky cam and can follow what's going on. But more than that I think it's an occasionally artfully shot film that has a distinct colour palette that works more successfully than SP. I love how DN is shot and presented too - it's one of my favourites)
Benign Bizarre: DN (metal hands, spiders in noir-lit rooms, dragons, three blind mice, mink lined prisons)
Suspense: QOS (both are very good. Could go either way so I'll give this to QOS)
Minor Characters: DN (I really like Mathis, Leiter and Beam but Quarrel, Felix, Pussfella, sister rose and Lilly in DN win it along with M and Moneypenny - and my namesake of course...)
Glamour: DN (I like the Tosca scene but nothing can compete with 1962 glamour and that casino scene)
Bond Performance: DN (the gold standard of Bond performances)
DN - 12
QOS - 5
I do enjoy QOS a lot however I rank DN above QOS. Although this seems a little disproportionate when broken into categories like this.

Title Credits: QOS - unfairly underrated, because the much derided song plays over the top of it
Main Villain: DN - close call - I do love Greene, slimy little weasel that he is
Main Bond Girl: QOS - I like Honey, but Camille is fine and can kick ass
Henchmen: DN - Dent and Mr Jones versus Elvis? Nuff said.
Overall Plot: DN - although i do like the controlling of water - it's just like in real life
Dialogue: DN - there's some great dialogue to be found in QOS, but DN has many classic lines
Score: QOS - one of Arnold's best, along with TND and CR
Settings: DN - love QOS, and prefer when Bond does more globe trotting, but Jamaica is used very well here
Action: DN - nice amount of action here, and I could understand what's happening
Humour: DN - not a lot of humour here, but more than in QOS
Cinematography: DN - close call here
Benign Bizarre: DN - tarantula room/dragon tank/the Doctor's hands versus ?
Suspense: DN - we need more of this in B25
Minor Characters: DN - Dent/Jones/Quarrel/Felix/Taro - one of the best films for minor characters
Glamour: DN - Le Cercle; Dr No's dining room
Bond Performance: DN - you can't beat classic Connery
DN: 13
QOS: 4
I think DN would make it into my Top 10, and although I love QOS, it sits in the bottom 10. Both films have major re-watch value.

Straight flush for DN. Although QOS is one of the all time worst Bond movies, it was a surprise to see it score a 0 on my list.
