Yeah me too, the negativity of other threads, podcasts and comments in the media has really been annoying me, I like this thread alot more too.
Definitely.
Jamaica ... it is, just by being there, so Fleming. Bringing back Jeffrey is a huge plus for me. I'm happier than ever the way this is shaping up. Going to go follow Cary on Instagram now (I am rarely on there, but will be more in the future).
I'm trusting Cary and Sandgren (did I spell that right?). I don't think any of Cary's previous work used filters that did not fit the film (though I have not seen all of his work). And I do think Cary would be working with the cinematographer closely, not just turning him loose. This is a director who is a good writer, storyteller, who want his own particular vision on that screen. So far, I could not be happier. B-)
It might not be the stunt double. It's likely his stand-in, the person who is framed for all shot set-ups. The hair styles are too different for him to be the stunt double.
Everything has started on a very positive note.

Never saw that, thanks! Very cool detail indeed.
BTW, some of the crew have SF t shirts on. Nice.
Has anyone figured out what brand and model of sunglasses Craig is using?
Jean-Charles Rousseau , he does seem to be a stunt double with quite a resume
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0745947/
Quite cool, wikipedia says it's an eyewear brand based in France. The sunglasses were originally marketed under the name Skilynx Acier, and were provided to the French Ski Team.
Craig doesn't Ski, but Bond sure does. Quite the cool detail.
Oh, and bloody hell, the Model 06 became legendary in 1969, protecting Alain Delon from the radiant Romy Schneider in the French film “La Piscine” by director Jacques Deray.
They're Alain Delon's sunglasses!! How cool!

Interesting. Good catch. But ... the hair, the hair! LOL
Also, I think Billy Magnussen can bring a very lively energy to the proceedings.
Thank you! It has been awhile since I've been to that page.
Seems like Tom Ford is out, wouldn't you say? Or maybe we should wait for some suits later on.
Wait, wait, just learned that the ski glasses in SP were Vuarnet as well. Oh, so there's some consistency to this. So Vuarnet being in the film does not exclude Tom Ford being in it too.
I wonder if he or Fiennes will get the coveted "and" credit. They're of equal stature.
My guess for the titles (which will likely be wrong):
Albert R. Broccoli's EON Productions Ltd
present
Daniel Craig as Ian Fleming's James Bond 007
in
[TITLE]
starring
Rami Malek
Léa Seydoux
Lashana Lynch
David Dencik
Ana de Armas
Billy Magnussen
Naomie Harris
Ben Whishaw
Rory Kinnear
Dali Benssalah
with Jeffrey Wright
and Ralph Fiennes as 'M'
I think it'll go something like this:
Albert R Broccoli's EON Productions Ltd. Presents
Daniel Craig
As Ian Fleming's James Bond 007 in
[TITLE]
Starring Rami Malek
Lashana Lynch
David Dencik
Ana De Armas
Billy Magnussen
Lea Seydoux
Ben Whishaw
Naomie Harris
Dali Benssalah
Rory Kinnear
With Jeffrey Wright
And Ralph Fiennes as M
I think it depends how big Jeffrey Wright's role is, and how small Lea Seydoux's is. I remember that I was shocked to see Monica Bellucci getting the 'with' in SP's titles, and lo and behold, she only had two scenes and minimal screen time despite being promoted as a major cast member. So if Lea is the same in B25, we might end up with this:
Albert R Broccoli's EON Productions Ltd. Presents
Daniel Craig
As Ian Fleming's James Bond 007 in
[TITLE]
Starring Rami Malek
Lashana Lynch
Ana De Armas
Jeffrey Wright
Billy Magnussen
David Dencik
Dali Benssalah
Ben Whishaw
Naomie Harris
Rory Kinnear
With Lea Seydoux
And Ralph Fiennes as M
Definitely need to watch that!
It be nice if the new two girls are introduced first, inspecial if movie is named (The) Property Of A Lady. Followed by Dali Benssalah as moost unknown of them. QOS start first with Olga en Amalric followd by Giancarlo Giannini.
Writers credits possible wil be:
Written by Neal Pervis And Robert Wade
Screenplay by Cary Joji Fukunaga and Scott Z. Burns & Phoebe Waller-Bridge
Just noticed something interesting on this page, relating to the young girl we saw in the Nittedal video. We've assumed this will be a flashback, as the clothes she wore in the video (particularly the jacket) seemed very 90's. The Bond 25 Products and Locations guide confirms that this rainbow colour hoody jacket is available at Marks & Spencer. Could this open up the possibility that this isn't a flashback at all, and that the costume department have just picked some vintage looking clothes?
Possibly, but there's still this
https://figurants.com/figuration-enfants/cinema/casting-figuration-fille-1014-ans-blonde-aux-yeux-bleux-pour-film-avec-lea-seydoux_i8472
I think it's fairly well accepted now that the Norway filming is not a flashback. CJF has confirmed that Rami Malek was involved in the filming of those sequences during the press event in Jamaica.
I think the film will open with the gunbarrel, then we get the PTS which will introduce Rami Malek's villain as he kidnaps the scientist. After the MTS, we go to Jamaica and meet the retired Bond. Then we see the mission, which I presume takes place in Jamaica........
This is contrary to WGA rules - you can't have a 'screenplay by' and 'written by' credit.
According the press release the credits are:
Written by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade and Scott Z Burns with Cary Joji Fukunaga and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
The 'with' is problematic and contrary to WGA rules. The script will certainly go to WGA arbitration.
Either we get all 5 credited writers or Purvis and Wade take a 'story' credit. There's also a chance the WGA reinstate John Hodge's credit despite Eon's protests.......it's going to be interesting to see the poster.
Also, the credits will go:
Daniel Craig
Rami Malek
Lashana Lynch
Ana De Armas
They are the key players. Rami will get second billing but Lashana is the co-lead.
At the same time, Léa Seydoux has other (French) films on her slate as well. It's not proven that the casting call was meant for Bond 25.
To me, it seems likely it was. But we can't be sure.
It's not fairly accepted at all. The scene seems to put focus on the young girl as she is pursued onto the ice lake, and she certainly resembles a young Maddy (Lea) - as per the casting call and her clothing has an early 2000 look as well. For my money, I think it is a flashback which is brought about by the adult Maddy seeing a photo of Malek's character - perhaps while she eavesdrops on Felix trying to persuade Bond to help him and showing an image of the prime suspect behind the scientist's kidnapping. Maddy recalls glimpsing Malek (as a younger man) through the broken mask - hence the importance of the mask being cracked just enough to reveal some features. Just a guess.
