Could be but I’d prefer it to come down to just Bond and the villain at the end.
Yeah, I keep hoping for that. Something revealed in his psychological profile perhaps, where he’s a nut who also lies.
I agree with what someone else said that the brother angle is the worst thing ever done in the entire Bond series.
That storyline used to bum me out too. Thankfully, EON has been saved by...
All is good, now. EON is off the hook.
In an official capacity for EON, yes. But he will likely reprise the role, in satirical fashion, for late night. In terms of "para texts," it still counts.

There's no news, like absolute bullshit news.
"She, like him, is tough and independent."
Wow...no way. An independent woman in a Bond movie? That's a first!
"Last week it emerged director Cary Joji Fukunaga has shot three endings and only he knows which will be used.
In one people are gassed on a dance floor."
They'll print anything these days!
I would like to see more of this provided it is clever and something I wouldn't become bored of seeing on repeated viewings like I feel a lot of crime mystery films and books are. With the noir-esque feleing of that shot with Bond and a speargun I would love some hard-boiled detective like scenes.
Is there a thread dedicated to Bond's notable detective scenes in all the media he is featured in?
It has been a mythical plot device for ages.
Anyway there's only one "Mrs Bond” her first name was Tracy...
Sigh.
Not in the Craig series, though. OHMSS hasn't happened yet and possibly never will. I wouldn't worry about that.
Are you sure?
Would have been cooler if she replied "Good morning, Mr. Swann."
''Gassed''... meaning drunk. :P
''“We’ve thrown the book at him on this one,” teases Barbara Broccoli in an exclusive report from Empire’s upcoming 2020 Preview Issue – and by ‘the book’, she means Rami Malek’s Safin. “He is really the supervillain. He’s the one that really gets under Bond’s skin. He’s a nasty piece of work.”

Ah, Safin is a Russian surname!
Just noticed that. Interesting…

Here's how to pronounce it correctly.
I wonder if this is also some sort of cryptic clue.
