I like it, but for the next Bond posters, how about showing more of the supporting cast, like in the old days? This James Bond alone stuff is getting boring.

I like it, although the one with him and Lea in the car is by far the best.

I guess this means they're full steam ahead for November no matter what.

Anyone heard anything else in regards to the rumor on reddit that it will go on streaming simultaneously with theaters?? Perhaps this will be revealed with the new trailer.

It think it would work well as a teaser poster and less as a theatrical one. Not the most inventive but Craig looks great and his tux works really well with the black & white 007 logo. The film title really pops out too.

Compared to the teaser poster this one is far better from a graphic design perspective.

And a teaser poster is the idea here I think. I suspect we'll get a different payoff one in late October...

I feel the same. This would have been a much better teaser poster than the one we got.

Still, I like that we got it. What the poster means in terms of release dates is more important than the poster itself. Seeing 'November' in big letters is all I needed to get excited again!

Wow! Classic Bond posturing. For some reason, it reminds me of Dalton and TLD.

Reminds me more of Connery in NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN.

Yeah I'm liking that a lot. It's tricky to find a new Bond pose! :)
My initial thoughts when seeing this poster is "What the hell is up with the photoshopping?"

In what way? Looks fine to me. The background means it's fairly unforgiving when it comes to the cutting-out job, but it's decent.

Not a fan of the poster, quite an odd face he's making. Then again, haven't been optimistic about this series' poster/artwork marketing in a long time. Bring on the trailer in two days, that should be better.

I'm using the key art for that poster as the background on all of my mobile devices, I love that photo so much.

I like it; considering this is kind of a reinvigoration of the marketing, it makes sense for this poster to be more tease. I'm sure there will be another poster :)

I really like that low angle one of just him sat in the car too; I hope they use that a bit more.

Wonder if that still was taken for the poster or at the shoot. Tuxedo Havana Spectre meeting comes in mind but haven't seen him at all with the handgun in those scenes we have so far

Poster is lacklustre, however the arrival of a new trailer on Thursday is sensational. I hope for new shots and MUCH NEEDED Zimmer score on the trailer. I don’t want much in the terms of more about the plot / storyline as I’m happy to wait on that til I see the film but excellent news that marketing is ramping back up. Surely November it’s actually coming all being well.

Positive time to see things warm back up nicely - I NEED some Zimmer score !

Nice to be back in Bond mindframe again after a lull & hope all are keeping well and safe

    Best,
    🍸

Only good thing about that garbage film is a few classic shots of Connery as 007

To me, the masking looks a bit too soft. It's a movement shot, but still, they could have sharpened up the masking around the back of his hair at least. It looks a bit…odd against the black background.

Honestly it might just be that DC's hairline seems off with the shadowing and a meh cutting job. The edges around his tux are a little too softened for my liking.

Maybe slightly, but they've drawn hair in to make up for it. I think it's likely the photo was actually a bit soft at the edges (especially towards the bottom of the shot as I think he was actually moving as the photo was taken) and you don't want a solid edge as it really would just look cut out. I think it's a hard thing to do to put someone on such a contrasty graphic background.

I think the big 7 is a really nice idea and I'm kind of annoyed I didn't think of it first :)

Yeah, I also like it. Black and White is the poster's theme, just like the title reveal clip. It's a nice and simple poster, with Bond ready for anything.

GE's poster also had this Black and White theme.

I mentioned in the posters thread that I love it for its simplicity. Great shot of Craig! Considering it's more or less a "bonus" poster to get marketing rolling again I approve. Looking forward to the new trailer.

It's interesting that you mentioned that @Contraband, because if you notice the original file name for the poster is: "NTTD_DIGTAL_1SHEET_ICONIC_TUX_OV"

What's that in between the hashtag and the Twitter address? Is it the full cast and crew listing thing in a microdot? :D
