I mentioned some specialties that would recognize the way forward. Just a little research would likely find it.
  • Madeleine?

Yes Madeleine and good but not quite. But yes, your solution is excellent as well.

I was going for Mad-Lean (Six Sigma), with more of a Christoph Waltz two-syllable pronunciation.

Was also ready to admit obscurity and invoke the leaning Tower of Pisa toward closure.

So the floor is yours, @Some_Kind_Of_Hero. What have you got?

Thank goodness that was it! Madonna and Madera were leading me nowhere.

I wouldn't have gotten it without @Risico007's groundwork so I think he should have the next one. If he declines, I can have a new one up in a bit.

Edit: Especially Madera as it's evidently Ma-tera. Been awhile since I've brushed up on my southern Italian geography.

I suck at creating them but I know what I would want the answer to be for the next one I can give you the answer to the puzzle and let you create the puzzle and obviously bow out of the round if that is ok with everyone
  • Sure! Just send me a message!

Lol I know the answer and even I have no idea how to solve it lmao
  • Lol, way to inspire confidence. ;)

I'll send it to you decoded. It is doable, provided you know your Fleming for that last part.

    Not quite getting there.

    Tea-sing
    Vul(not can)-eighty (Spang quote).

    Maybe this.
Proper "T" (the beautiful Tia Carrere)
    'V uh L + eighty (of a Lady).
    post-40923-0-33528300-1397569614_thumb.gif

  • That is the title we're looking for, @RichardTheBruce!

    1. Proper (way to drink tea)
    2. Tia (Carrere)
    3. Vulcan
    4. Minus the can = Vul
    5. 80 (the "Brooklyn Stomping" Wint and Kidd are ordered to give Bond in Diamonds Are Forever being just an "80 percenter")

Say it all together fast and you've got the answer!

    Propertiavuleighty

That had me thinking, definitely, @Risico007. Probably no less for your execution @Some_Kind_Of_Hero.

    How about these.

Looking for progress on #2. Note it involves a question, at the same time it's a statement if that makes senee.

For #4, I want to say 'Boom Shot Dis', but I'm not getting the connection to the number plate.

    Correct on #4, @QBranch.

The intent is boom (cannon fire) shot (bourbon in shot glass) diss (licence plate "F*** 007").

    Good one, @RichardTheBruce

Dissing 007 is a concept I struggle with.

Agreed, but I came across it.

"Boom Shot Dis" is my remedy to the delayed release of No Time To Die, I pretty much listen to it every time I drive my car. Makes me feel good every time.

Any thoughts on #2? I can offer the last part is traditional Rebus.
