She really was an absolute stunner, and really added much more to the film and series than she maybe gets credit for. Maybe not.
One suggestion, @Benny: Start a new thread "Behind the Scenes - From Russia With Love" to "move on" rather than continue this one and renaming it. Makes it easier to find those magnificent images in the future.

What does your wife say about that? And shouldn't you have been awake a long time tendering to your kid?

You caught me with my hands up. 😊

At this point, I probably shouldn't bring up Kendall Jenner. ;-)

I actually have an interesting connection to someone involved with Dr No. As some here know I’m a professional firefighter ; but , like most firefighters, I have a second profession and for 36 years I’ve also been a barber. About twenty years ago, for five years, I had a client , Herman Leonard, who was a world renowned photographer . Herman was most famous for his photographs of jazz greats, but he had an incredible career that covered and endless number of very diverse subjects.; one of which was James Bond. He shot on the set of Dr No. His shots were beautifully candid and were taken on the set in London.

Thanks for the suggestion @j_w_pepper and it did cross my mind.
But I'd rather keep them all contained in one thread. I have however added a content list on the opening page, with page numbers too find each film as we move along.
Should be fairly easy to find the films we're looking for.

I love this behind the scenes thread, these photos show how much fun everybody was having making these fantastic films
  • Taking a look at Fleming’s attire during these photos, it’s easy to see why some Bond fans thought he actually did make a cameo in FRWL. Love these photos BTW!

Martine Beswick: 'I was a very nice girl but Aliza was a cow. We had terrible clashes and I was disgusted with her. I had a lot of anger inside of me so that scene was a perfect way to work it out. We rehearsed the fight for three weeks but when we shot it, Aliza was really fighting. Everyone encouraged me to fight back, so I did. We got into a real scrapping match.' Yeah, fine by me...

I love these behind the scenes pictures, all these Bond women are absolutely stunning. Daniela Bianchi was gorgeous, probably one of the best looking Bond girls ever and I mean look at that last photo, Connery was the coolest guy on earth

I like the contrast between these two pics and I think it shows how good an actress Lotte Lenya was. She certainly wasn't the toad-like creature that Fleming described Kleb as in his novel (on the contrary she has a genuinely warm smile in that first picture and was a rather good looking woman). And yet her performance - the way she spoke, moved, what she did with her face - gave off that cold, even off-putting (and yet authoritative) impression that defines the character.
