The Battle of the Double Takes!!!!!

    Who did it better?

    Double Taking Dalton

    VS.

    Double Taking Pigeon
    tumblr_nutie4oTbM1s2wio8o1_1280.gif

Let the battle begin, twist your necks a thousand times, friends, because here we go!

One is a master thespian, skilled at playing all sorts of roles, equally adept at comedy and drama.

    The other one is Dalton

I was thinking about something like that, and I also would have posted it just for the sake of a punch line...but we don't really mean it, do we?

THE JAMES BOND TOILET SCENES ELIMINATION GAME - SPONSORED BY JOHN GLEN:

You know my name the rules.

DAF 1: Bond lands on Willard Whyte's penthouse toilet, but leaves his business unfinished. --- 20
DAF 2: Willard Whyte evacuates his bowels before evacuating his summer house. --- 20
TLD 1: Koskov escapes from his KGB minders (and the foul smell of the bathroom?) through the window. --- 20
TLD 2: Bond examines Kara's stuff (her cello case, to be more specific). --- 20
GE: Bond infiltrates a Soviet toilet. Violence ensues. --- 20
CR: Bond faces Fisher and an unpleasant odor in order to earn his 00 status. -- 20

Any scenes I'm forgetting? I don't want to cause a stink by leaving one out of the game.

What about Draco's janitor whistling the theme of Goldfinger? It apparently takes place in front (or outside) of toilets. Though not inside.

Bond sitting on the toilet in the Whyte House in DAF is another one. Unfinished business, you could say.

I just remembered that in the CR PTS Bond spends considerable time in a men's room, making his "first kill" as a double-O.

I don't recall seeing a toilet there. If it's there, I would argue it's not prominent enough to count.

Bond in the plane bathroom shaving in Goldfinger. Also Bond in the bathroom washing and shaving in LALD.

Not sure if those two scenes count?

I would say those scenes qualify for a bathroom scene elimination game, but not for a toilet scene elimination game, as the toilets themselves are not prominent enough. As far as I recall, nobody sits on them, or stands on them, or uses them, or pretends to be using them, or stands particularly close to them.

Yes, that's what I thought myself but thought I'd mention them just in case.

I've never really been one for forum games such as the elimination games. I prefer discussing the more substantive aspects of Bond, but each to their own.

Me neither, I'm just taking the piss (appropriately enough considering the toilet elimination game) out of those games.

Yes, I got that you were. I just find those elimination games quite pointless but they do seem to be very popular here.

You know what? I do too. But I still get caught up in them, while the topics I like more (say trivia and locations) are slowly drifting into oblivion...unless somebody revives them. But voting on an elimination game is a cheap pastime, quickly done, and with no real personal repercussions.

I don't think all understood the ramifications of elimination and bathrooms or commodes.

Plus I guess it's way too late to object to the elimination of animals. But I kid.
