I have no interest in spending my money on it. Just another special effects disaster movie.

The real tragedy here is that some insiders actually thought that this film would be successful. I had the misfortune of seeing the trailers and knew right away that it would be a disgraceful failure. The special effects make DAD's legendary surf sequence seem like a masterpiece. Quite frankly some of the things these people spend their money on these days (in lieu of simple quality narratives without all the CGI flash) continues to shock me.

Jeez? The effects must be bad if the infamous DAD surf sequence is better quality effects?!!! Lol!

Trust me, from the trailers it's quite horrendous. I'll still see it though. I'm a creature for punishment this way.

Good one, @Mendes4Lyfe. I read that as the opening sentence in a box office examination on a movie news site. :))

I had to endure the trailers a good many times in the theater, and wasn't impressed. Just felt like too ambitious a story for one movie, and with too many effects.

The funny lines in the trailer sounded rather forced.
