Yeah!! I had fun with suicide squad I really enjoyed it. Harley Quinn and DeadShot were amazing. Loved the Batman/Bruce Wayne scenes. Task Force X is easily one of my favorite soundtrack songs. Sure some of the scenes fell kinda flat. The music choices were great. It was a simple fun movie. Loved the style. I don’t understand the hate. Not a fan of the gangster Joker version but Jared Leto gave a really good performance. He’s the only Joker that is fully insane and out of his mind. The other Jokers like Ledger and Jack were just criminals who were still sane. Letos joker is sick and twisted and completely helpless at this point.
I think it's definitely worth a watch.
As a follow up to Guns of The Navarone it's fairly week, but as a simple WW2 adventure it's fun.
Great to see the youthful Harrison Ford with Robert Shaw. Barbara Bach and Richard Kiel are really the reason I watched it and made it worthwhile. While not a particularly great film, it's still pretty cool.

Gal Gadot really makes this film good. If it was anyone else i doubt it would have been as good.
I like it as well,i don't see the hate some people have for it.
I enjoyed him in that role as well. Shame he wasn't tapped to play him in The Avengers
Wasn't easy to watch through in one sitting. By the end of the movie I was just waiting for the movie to finish. Cool lightsaber threeway duel and all, but the bits with Jar Jar on the battleground, o moy moy!
Also the Tatooine scenes felt like they dragged, with having to get the change parts to the ship and having to find the boy Anakin. Ok, Jake Lloyd wasn't that bad and podrace was kewl.
Good movie with an interesting premise but a lame ending - Butler's character should've walked free...is there a better way to show how corrupt the system is? I kind of think the ending should've written itself, actually.
Yeah that final lightsaber battle is pretty awesome, but the atrociously bad cgi is unforgivable, Lucas should have waited ten years till they perfected the technology.
No, he couldn't do that, some of the older cast members (Frank Oz, Iain Mcdairmid, even the music maker) may be deceased by then.
I think they just should have done less CGI. Remember, the battle of Endorsed was without CG after all.
That ending kills what is otherwise a great movie for me. Seems to go against everything else the rest of the film is saying.
That said, I might have enjoyed it even more if I hadn’t kept up with all the drama behind the scenes. Now more than ever, I want a Snyder cut of the movie. This sucker had two directors and it shows. And I wish I never heard about Henry’s damn mustache!!! I found myself looking for it in each scene he was in, and aside from that opening scene (where it was the most noticeable) I may not have ever known.
I didn’t think I’d like the Flash- big fan of the show- but I LOVED Ezra Miller and now that they’re doing Flashpoint next I couldn’t be happier.
My one fear going forward is this: Batfleck owned the role again, but with all the parademons and assorted supernatural stuff going on, I hope we aren’t screwed out of a more ‘grounded’ Batman adventure, with JK Simmons returning as Gordon.
Btw, my favorite part (which caused the theater to erupt in lots of ‘oooooh man’ and ‘oh my god’)
Well, a co-worker I trust with my life said he knows I'll really like it, so for all my negativity, I'm gonna see it anyway. ;)
I prefer the former half which was a lot more terrifying. Got a bit predictable and by the numbers in the end, but I did like one twist in particular:
Overal not a by the number scifi movie made by committee who know what people tend to like. ;)
I just think they held on to the crew twist a little too long. Felt pretty obvious nearly halfway through.
Really enjoyed this. Similar in tone to Soderbergh's other heist movie, Ocean's 11.
A great cast of characters most of them none too bright but very likeable. Not sure if Soderberg has real affection for the American south or is simply taking the piss. Not that it matters as this is a slick and very funny heist film. Yeah it takes its time telling the story but as usual with Soderbergh it's all in the little details (you'll have to watch it to see how handpainted Cockroaches fit in to the scheme) and there's a wonderful explanatory 'circling back' to let the audience in on the sleight of hand its been dealt.
Our very own dear Daniel nicks the film as the irrepressible Joe Bang. but the rest also hold their own. I especially liked Adam Driver as Logan's one handed brother, and Riley Keough is seriously hot!
One of my favourites so far this year.
Logan - Wolverine old and dying and a Professor X who is suffering of an metal breakdown/dementia once again are called to help those in need of helping. A brilliant movie that finally shows us a Wolverine that is not for small kids.
Stargate - this original movie with Spader & Russel are doing a great job and the soundtrack is actually quite well done.
I like those films a lot too! I used to prefer the second but now I prefer the first. The chemistry between Downey Jr. and Law was excellent!
