Because I wasn't even a part of this forum when that elimination game was underway. Not to mention that just because a game has been played does not mean it cannot be replayed. Bond films was replayed for example. As was PTS's.
As there was a new film to be included.
So there is here.
If this is an official vote then yes.

So with this vote it looks like Movie climaxes has the majority vote.
Whoever suggested this game, may go ahead and set it up.
Once the one liners game has finished, then we can proceed with the Bond actors game so as to keep the elimination games rolling.
DN - Fight with Dr. No
FRWL - Boat Chase
GF - Battle at Fort Knox
TB - Underwater Battle
YOLT - Volcano Battle
OHMSS - Battle at Piz Gloria
DAF - Oil Rig Battle
LALD - Fight with Kananga
TMWTGG - Duel with Scaramanga
TSWLM - Battle on the Liparus
MR - Space Lazer Battle
FYEO - Fight at St. Cyril's
OP - Plane Grappling
AVTAK - Fight on the Golden Gate Bridge
TLD - Fight with Necros
LTK - Tanker Chase
GE - Fight with 006
TND - Battle on the Stealth Ship
TWINE - Submarine Battle
DAD - Plane Battle
CR - Fight in the Venetian Building
QOS - Battle in the Eco Hotel
SF - Attack on Skyfall
SP - Rescue of Madeleine Swann
If anyone has something to say about this list you can say it now. Only things that might really be contentious are the following:
TB - do we say that the climax is the underwater battle or the fight on the Disco Volante?
TLD - this one is tough: is it the big air base battle, or the cargo net fight, or the final fight with Whitaker?
Opinions before I go ahead with this one?
I am tempted to agree, but unlike the finales game which went ahead some time ago, I believe a 'climax' is more of a moment; specifically the tensest or 'biggest' moment.
If the SP finale includes the exploration of Mi6, boat chase on the Thames and the confrontation of Blofeld on Westminster, then the climax must certainly be one of those things. Probably the exploration of Mi6.
Of course it all depends on whether we play the game like that or the previous finales game.
Yes it is a bit contentious as to whether the climax is at Mi6 or the Thames. Unfortunately we can't really use the score as a representation of the climax, since the moment where Bond finds Madeleine is also scored by a heroic Bond theme (end of "Detonation").
I am not sure about TLD. I think the real climax is the fight with Whitaker since he and Koskov are the main villains of the film. After the fight with Necros, you really know that there has to be something more. You know that this cannot be the end of the film.
Also not sure about the boat chase in FRWL. Actually I think that the fight between Red Grant and Bond feels more like a climax, on the other hand one could regard the fight between Bond and Rosa as the real climax. Not sure about that one too.
I am also not sure about TSWLM.
I consider the Liparus Battle to be the climax of TSWLM since by the time it sinks the villain's plot cannot succeed.
But of course it all depends on your point of view. In fact one might consider OP's climax to be the stuff at the air force base, which was certainly the tensest part of the film. In SF the climax might be the scene at the chapel. And so on.

Looking back at these criteria, there does not seem to be any differences between movie finale and climaxes. The selection is more or less the same...
There are some real differences in time in some of those. They all look good except that FRWL seems to be a bit short-changed. TLD for instance gets the whole air base attack, plus the Necros fight. FRWL gets the boat chase, but not the Klebb fight after or the Grant fight before. Bond vs Grant is the real climax of FRWL for me.
DN: Fight with Dr. No + Escape from Crab Key
FRWL: Boat Chase (or is the fight with Grant???)
GF: Battle at Fort Knox
TB: Underwater Battle + Disco Volante
YOLT: Volcano Battle
OHMSS: Battle at Piz Gloria
DAF: Oil Rig Battle
LALD: Shark Deathtrap + Fight with Kananga
TMWTGG: Duel with Scaramanga + Escape from Scaramanga's Island
TSWLM: Battle on the Liparus
MR: Space Lazer Battle
FYEO: Fights at St. Cyril's
OP: Battle at Khan's Palace + Plane Hanging
AVTAK: Fight on the Golden Gate Bridge
TLD: Air Base Battle + Plane Sequence
LTK: Laboratory Destruction + Tanker Chase
GE: Fight with 006
TND: Stealth Ship Battle
TWINE: Attack on Maiden's Tower + Submarine Battle
DAD: Battle on the Antonov + Helicopter Escape
CR: Fight in the Venetian Building
QOS: Battle in the Eco Hotel
SF: Attack on Skyfall + Frozen Lake Confrontation
SP: Exploration of Mi6 + Boat Chase
TLD plane sequence includes fight with Necros, dropping the bomb and the escape in the jeep.
Some notes:
I might like to note that just by adding stuff to the climaxes it's not like my opinion of something goes up. A good example is TMWTGG. If I consider the duel with Scaramanga to be the climax then I have a high opinion of it. Factor in the meltdown stuff afterwards with Goodnight setting off the laser and it comes down a good ten places.
If a climax is composite, its sum parts must be in the general same time period. There must be no 'period of rest' between them. In FRWL, there is a definite period of rest between the Grant fight, helicopter and boat chases. So I would not group them as a climax.
I consider some suggested climaxes as 'aftermath' or 'resolutions'. Not meant to be as big and flashy as climaxes but merely meant to tie up the story or a loose end. E.g. confrontations with Rosa Klebb and Brad Whitaker. Fights with Tee Hee and Nick Nack.
The problem is that some other movies are not as clear. The Scaramanga duel is the climax for me, but the island escape seems more part of it than the Nick Nack comeback.
In FRWL the whole story builds up to Grant vs Bond. After the train fight for me it is aftermath and resolution, but that does mean the climax isn't that near the end of the movie.
As you say it is all down to point of view, and it is your game and your choice. So good luck with it, it looks good so far.
Can't see why not @Thunderfinger
Who's helming that one?
A few ideas and brief thoughts
M Elimintation game: in all honesty there are by my count 7 Actors to have the M role (Brenard Lee Jack Huston David Nevin Robert Brown Edward Fox Dame Judi Dench and Ralph Fiennes) and while I am sure the final battle will be Dench versus Lee would be interesting to see how they are ranked
Q elimination game: sure Desmond Llewlyan will win but who could come in second Ben Wishaw? Peter Burton? John Cleese? Could be interesting to see how they are ranked of course if this wins I have to ask the question of how we count the what I feel are Q scenes in casino Royale and quantum of solace
James Bond author elimination game: Thunderfinger pointed out how stupid my intial idea was and fine while it's likely most of us haven't read every novel (I myself am halfway through the Gardner series and haven't even hit the young bonds) I think based on reviews on he Internet and the discussion here we could do an author elimination game again Fleming will win but who will come in second Gardner? Benson? Etc
Sex scene elimination game: which one was hottest which one had the best chemstry which one well you get the idea.
Bond 25 title elimination game: take one chapter title from each of Fleming's novels the four short stories and the two character last names Blofeld and Shatterhand and let the battle begin would be really crazy if the title of bond 25 was not only in the list but won the elimination game
Main ally elimination game: this could be a good game as well
Evil orgnization elimination game: Spectre from the 60's versus Janus versus KGB versus quantum etc
Gunbarrel elimination game:
That is all I can think off.
