I preferred the one without the tagline personally but nevertheless, really solid work all the same Mark!

Yes I wasn't 100% sure about that myself to be honest. It seemed to balance it but perhaps I'll lose it.

Perhaps a nitpick on my part as it is otherwise superb. Bravo!

I basically had the idea for the pose and wanted to try it: I'm not even sure about it myself! :D What do you think? Is it too nightmarish? :D

Absolutely love this, I wish the official movie posters of the future movies go back to this style. Outstanding work! :-bd

I am sorry gentlemen, that I have been gone the past few months, I have been busy doing a prequel to Casino Royale, but the story is rather told alternatively.den4ies-d79f1b33-ae1b-463e-a6df-cc831d298f62.jpg?token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWIiOiJ1cm46YXBwOjdlMGQxODg5ODIyNjQzNzNhNWYwZDQxNWVhMGQyNmUwIiwiaXNzIjoidXJuOmFwcDo3ZTBkMTg4OTgyMjY0MzczYTVmMGQ0MTVlYTBkMjZlMCIsIm9iaiI6W1t7InBhdGgiOiJcL2ZcLzhjNmFmM2MyLThlZTYtNDFmYS05OGJhLWYxZDcwZjVkOGMwZVwvZGVuNGllcy1kNzlmMWIzMy1hZTFiLTQ2M2UtYTZkZi1jYzgzMWQyOThmNjIuanBnIn1dXSwiYXVkIjpbInVybjpzZXJ2aWNlOmZpbGUuZG93bmxvYWQiXX0.o_rLqxveMFg9_f9RKQ4OQcIexXSVT4f6M-VAiKh_MCs

Mann's DN poster is brilliant. One of his best Bond posters, IMO!

Must be an imgur problem. Hopefully it'll get fixed.

Cool seeing all those Bond girls there.

@mattjoes , problem fixed, I like the modernized colour scheme of the second one. All three images of Bond and Scaramanga are great. That would be a perfect cover for James Bond Magazine (maybe for the 40th anniversary of TMWTGG?).

Indeed! I'm sure I've seen the pose he's painted Tatiana Romanova doing before, but I can't remember where. Since the whole piece is very McGinnis (as pointed out by @mtm), it might be taken from a painting, cover or a poster by McGinnis.

Yes, the FRWL one is really great. Since they have a similar layout, the DN one and the FRWL one looks great as a pair. They might even have been made as a pair too.

This one was new to me (close your eyes, children). A Thunderball sketch by Robert McGinnis.

Don't think I've seen that sketch before either, @zebrafish. Is it a more recent sketch by McGinnis, or something he made back in the 60's?

    ______

Some pencil sketches by Paul Mann:

@Torgeirtrap , I believe it is a 1965 sketch, based on the example I found online. McGinnis seems to mainly paint scenes of the American Western Frontier nowadays. At least that's my impression from visiting his website.

Thanks @zebrafish! That's the impression I've got too, from McGinnis' recent work.

Meanwhile in the alternate Klodt-verse where Timothy Dalton was asked for four more Bond roles, which is consecutive during the early-to-mid 90s (between 1991-1994), this is where it gets interesting. (This is loosely inspired by Total Recall's poster) - Milton Krest is not the villain of this adapted story, but his ex-student is, but I haven't made up a name for him. deo3dz2-6538fb53-2ea2-46f0-ad5e-32f579c685b5.jpg?token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWIiOiJ1cm46YXBwOjdlMGQxODg5ODIyNjQzNzNhNWYwZDQxNWVhMGQyNmUwIiwiaXNzIjoidXJuOmFwcDo3ZTBkMTg4OTgyMjY0MzczYTVmMGQ0MTVlYTBkMjZlMCIsIm9iaiI6W1t7InBhdGgiOiJcL2ZcLzhjNmFmM2MyLThlZTYtNDFmYS05OGJhLWYxZDcwZjVkOGMwZVwvZGVvM2R6Mi02NTM4ZmI1My0yZWEyLTQ2ZjAtYWQ1ZS0zMmY1NzljNjg1YjUuanBnIn1dXSwiYXVkIjpbInVybjpzZXJ2aWNlOmZpbGUuZG93bmxvYWQiXX0.ME3dD44isyjnJU7dj5F0h0HhIFKvp32gR7fw2lHFUC0

Watched the 007 cartoon "James Bond Jr." - it sucked, so I thought of this very one moment to change things a bit, one that could make sense and turn 007 into a gritty anime-style cartoon, a 15-rated series set in-between Quantum of Solace and Skyfall... *sigh* I am still gonna miss Daniel Craig as Bond.depigk4-d25d263f-624d-4b7c-a5ae-dd309a1f0fb5.jpg?token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWIiOiJ1cm46YXBwOjdlMGQxODg5ODIyNjQzNzNhNWYwZDQxNWVhMGQyNmUwIiwiaXNzIjoidXJuOmFwcDo3ZTBkMTg4OTgyMjY0MzczYTVmMGQ0MTVlYTBkMjZlMCIsIm9iaiI6W1t7InBhdGgiOiJcL2ZcLzhjNmFmM2MyLThlZTYtNDFmYS05OGJhLWYxZDcwZjVkOGMwZVwvZGVwaWdrNC1kMjVkMjYzZi02MjRkLTRiN2MtYTVhZS1kZDMwOWExZjBmYjUuanBnIn1dXSwiYXVkIjpbInVybjpzZXJ2aWNlOmZpbGUuZG93bmxvYWQiXX0.LBXkuBtjb7FiHXMXo_pjx-nrjlnxytXSbuqRDw6dRUc
