  • Welcome @Beth__A!
  • @thelivingroyale and @0BradyM0Bondfanatic7 excellent character analysis of Bond, well done both of you.
  • Back to topic, as an old X-Men fan I would really love if this happened. Gambit is one of my favourite characters in the X universe and it's a shame they never did anything worthy of him in the XCU.

  • I watched Lucky Logan today and I loved it! I may be suspicious, as I'm a huge Soderbergh fan, but it seems like other people in the room were also having a great time. Craig is great as is the entire cast, really. I couldn't help but thinking howev…
  • I'm still fighting PTSD I developed from DAD, it's in a (bad) league of its own. The entire gene therapy plot is, to put it mildly, bad quality manure.

  • I found Spectre hugely entertaining, but as with everything results may vary /:)
  • @Creasy47 I obviously misunderstood what you said, sorry. Still a fun moment.

  • Creasy47 wrote: » @Sandy, no, Jon's was. As they go further down the steps, Davos says something to the effect of "Speaking of 'great hearts,' Missandei of Naath." Go watch it again ;) (Spoiler)
  • The lastest episode was really fantastic, I must say. It's been a while since I've been on the edge of my chair (or my sofa) for an TV show. Creasy47 wrote: » @bondsum, very cool. I pride myself on catching a lot of these callbacks, of sorts, b…
  • I'm with @bondsum spoilers don't bother me much, I can definitely say reading spoilers has never spoiled any film or book for me because in the end of the day it's always different watching the actual end result from reading about it. Besides, I'm a…

  • I would love to see an adaptation of Ben Aaronovitch's Peter Grant series, it's one of the most addictive book series I have ever read and it's got so much potential! Set in London, around a special section of the Met (known as The Folly), the book …
  • Any of the 3 directors mentioned would be good choices, they are solid talents! David Holmes scoring a Bond would make me so, so happy! Such an underrated composer, his 3 Ocean's scores are some of my favourite ever. The man is pure class.

  • I would be very excited if Sodenbergh was brought in for B25. He's one of my favourite directors, a huge Bond fan, his work has both quality and style which is pivotal for a successful Bond film. So what he's an American? I never got why some people…
  • He's a wonderful actor, he can play anything. I would love to have the change to watch him on stage, it must be quite an experience.

  • I hope Babs and MGW don't sell the rights, but I can understand if they do. Obviously things have not been easy with the trouble at MGM, now getting a new distributor, etc. We sometimes forget Bond films are like big budget indies. Eon is a family b…
