It’s strange that only a couple weeks ago she was basically quoted as being very displeased with Amazon ( to put mildly). Thought we would be in for a longer negotiation.

James Bond Will Return, but it won’t be Cubby Broccolis. NTTD truly was the last time we will see that incarnation, Craig or not.

I wonder if today’s news will affect this game. I don’t think Amazon will like a different original take on a new 007 from their own. Not unless they also have complete control of this games story.

Now the shock has worn off a bit. I feel the same reaction I would have if no more Bond movies were ever to be made. We’ve had an excellent run and I’ll forever cherish the Bond films we have. Hope for the best but I’m not really excited for the …

Definitely feel like we are due for a brand new 4K Bluray set. Would also love some new documentaries or behind the scenes. Maybe Pierce or Daniel would be willing to do some audio commentaries?

I feel this series would have benefitted if the episodes were released at once. The slow-rolling mystery is not very interesting. Pretty poor 3rd episode I thought.

I've only seen Episode 1 of The Acolyte, it's just okay. Gotta say I'm starting to miss an actual Star Wars Film. Really enjoyed Andor and Mandalorian Season 1, but all else hasn't been great in terms of live action shows.

JW mirrors the sequel Star Wars trilogy for me, in that it started on the right foot but unfortunately got worse with each film.

Indy Lives on ! Really excited after watching that gameplay trailer . These guys have done great work in the recent Wolfenstein mainline games. And I’m pleased it’s Harrison’s likeness , but not his voice. Troy Baker did a spot on impression.

If you can get a free trial or something , it is worth the watch. At least during this 007 dry spell until the next film!

That's a good theory @LucknFate ! I had also wondered, maybe the contestants are in the Bond universe = where there are no Bond films. :)) Maybe thats too farfetched.

I blasted through the show and on the last episode now. Enjoyed it! It was strange how the contestants weren't (seemingly) Bond fans. As they made no comments on the Bond inspired challenges, vehicles and locations. :-?

I don’t know how many times the producers will have to say they aren’t developing the next Bond film for people to believe them. I take it at face value , they aren’t working on it in any capacity, right now .

In an alternate universe, Daniel Craig made two Bond films - CR and QoS. Comparisons are made to Tim Dalton , both a 2 film Bond. Because QoS doesn’t perform , box office and script/strike issues, Craig isn’t rehired for a 3rd film. Michael Wilson…

I could see them recasting after Skyfall, that could have been a perfect time and still been "Craigs" Bond character. But yeah, definitive end after SP and NTTD.

NTTD still blows SP out of the water, a much better film overall. I do prefer the ending of Spectre and the pre-credits scene in Mexico.

By the time work begins on B26 there could be another strike. The writers guild has a deal for 3 years, so hopefully they will have something written before then.
