Did it that was early was december in UK and US the 4th i believe. It's logical that films go out of cinema soon after DVD/Blue ray release as not many would pay to see it in cinema when they watch it at home or online.

Yes because it was released on DVD/blu ray in December so it's run is still strong upto then. Films are greatly affected by dvd/blu ray release majority end run's very soon after a few weeks if that.

I think also it maybe the final figure or there about's as TDKR had it's total raised around the dvd/blu ray release same maybe the case for skyfall i think a lot of the money came from the final week in China. Almost everywhere else it is finished …

I think it would be better if Skyfall stayed the number 7 suits it more lol although going up further would mean it could slip down to 7 slower. I wonder how longer it will be 7th all time no mega hits really this year that could make over $1.1 bill…

Probably needs a less then $40 mil to get to a billion more like $35 mil will probably make it fairly easily. Journey to the West will have made a lot it's gross by friday hopefully lol.

In dollars it is the hobbit in germany but in attendance it's Skyfall you can look at it either way in money made or estimated attendance. If you go by attendance 2d films often win the one exception being the Avengers.
